David Plundo, D.O., project director for Des Moines University's AHEC program, was recently interviewed for a KCCI Channel 8 news story. The feature discussed the shortage of health professionals in rural Iowa and how AHEC was established to combat the issue. The piece aired on the Tuesday, July 7th, edition of the ten o'clock news.
